These terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply within Europe.

1/ When you complete the ordering process you will be given a choice of payment methods. They are :-

- Visa, Switch, Visa Delta and MasterCard ONLINE (via a Secure Server)
- Sterling cheques drawn on UK clearing banks or Euro cheques drawn on EU based banks.
- BACS payments and Euro bank transfers to our UK or Dutch bank accounts (listed below)
- Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Switch debit cards by telephone
- Barclays Bank branch cash deposit.
- Paypal. Make payments to paypal@bensonandfarrell.com

2/ The ownership of goods sold does not pass to the buyer until paid for in full, but the goods will be at the buyers risk once delivered. Parcels are delivered by courier and a signature will be required at the delivery address entered on the order.

3/ Our minimum order is £10 or €15 (including VAT). Please refer to the SHIPPING page for carriage costs and delivery schedules.

4/ Orders from outside the EU are not binding until we have confirmed that we have checked local laws and directives of trade.

5/ Claims for non-delivery must be made by email to Benson & Farrell within 14 days of invoice date.

6/ Claims for shortages or breakages must be made by email or telephone to Benson & Farrell within 3 days of delivery.

7/ For orders placed for delivery outside of the UK, but within the European Union, VAT will not be added if the purchaser has provided their valid VAT/IVA number. If a valid VAT/IVA number is not provided we will charge UK VAT. UK VAT is currently 17.5%.
UK Value Added Tax will not be added on orders for delivery outside the EU.

8/ The above terms and conditions may not be varied without written consent from our Head Office.
